We are currently processing all orders on schedule with trusted carriers. Please note, however, that carriers are seeing intermittent delays across their networks and these can be difficult to predict.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
United States orders ship within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. We are temporarily unable to offer express shipping at checkout because carriers cannot consistently meet the target delivery dates. When this improves, we will resume express shipping services.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We ship to over 30 countries with a network of reliable carriers. Standard and express rates will be displayed at checkout and wherein duties are imposed, they are payable by the customer at importation.

30 DAY EASY RETURNS
We gladly accept returns of unused, new items within 30 days of shipment and provide a prepaid label to make the process easy. Simply send back your item, and we'll handle the rest.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International orders are also eligible for return, but we ask that customers cover the cost and make their own shipping arrangements with a trusted carrier.
RESTOCKING FEE
With the aim of delivering more value to more customers, we do not blend the cost of returns into our prices and instead apply a US$15 surcharge per return to cover the convenience of a prepaid return label and restocking.

Informed by daily treks across New York and Hong Kong, we started with a singular premise - your bag should never touch the ground. Everything should be within reach, easily accessed while it stays on your shoulders. With today's man on the move in mind, this felt like the perfect place to start building the better backpack.
We studied our complete range of interactions with a backpack, optimizing the placement of pockets, sleeves, and zippers to foster a fluid and efficient experience. Easy entry into the interior is key, and to this effect, we decided on dual access through a top flap as well as a side zipper that opens up the bag while it remains slung over your shoulder.
Next, we injected our full wishlist of features: waterproof thermos-umbrella compartment, top loading laptop sleeve, add-a-bag strap for luggage, hidden stow pockets, microfiber linings that pull out to act as a screen wipe, cord and card organizers, and foam injected shoulder straps for complete carrying comfort.
