PRE-ORDER SHIPPING SCHEDULE
This is item is available for pre-order now. Your ship date will depend on where you are located and the speed of carrier service you select at checkout. Please note the two shipment schedules below:
SHIPS MAY 28
All orders placed before May 1st, all international orders, and all US orders with express service selected at checkout will ship directly from our Hong Kong warehouse around May 28th.
SHIPS EARLY JULY
All US and Canada orders with economy, ground service selected at checkout are expected to ship when the goods arrive in our North American warehouse at the beginning of July.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We ship to over 30 countries with a network of reliable carriers. Standard and express rates will be displayed at checkout and wherein duties are imposed, they are payable by the customer at importation.

30 DAY EASY RETURNS
We gladly accept returns of unused, new items within 30 days of shipment and provide a prepaid label to make the process easy. Simply send back your item, and we'll handle the rest.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International orders are also eligible for return, but we ask that customers cover the cost and make their own shipping arrangements with a trusted carrier.
RESTOCKING FEE
With the aim of delivering more value to more customers, we do not blend the cost of returns into our prices and instead apply a US$15 surcharge per return to cover the convenience of a prepaid return label and restocking.
