US orders with express service selected at checkout will ship directly from our Hong Kong warehouse on the next business day.
US ORDERS : ECONOMY
US orders with economy, ground service selected at checkout will ship when the goods arrive in our North American warehouse at the start of July.
GLOBAL SHIPPING & DUTIES
International orders will ship directly from our Hong Kong warehouse on the next business day. Both Express and Economy global shipping options are offered at checkout. Wherein duties are required, they are payable by the customer at importation.

30 DAY EASY RETURNS
We gladly accept returns of unused, new items within 30 days of shipment and provide a prepaid label to make the process easy.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International orders are also eligible for return, but we ask that customers cover the cost and make their own shipping arrangements with a trusted carrier.
RESTOCKING FEE
With the aim of delivering more value to more customers, we do not blend the cost of returns into our prices and instead apply a US$15 surcharge per return to cover the convenience of a prepaid return label and restocking.

The Cary Briefcase was born in response to years spent traversing the cityscapes of New York and Hong Kong, carrying cumbersome bags in tow. While ballistic nylon, waxed canvas, or all leather bags were the norm, they weighed us down and contributed just another complexity to our commutes. We sought something agile and effortless, and thus, our journey to build a better briefcase began.
Starting with the material selection, we designed a resilient nylon twill that has a thin layer of rubber foam bonded to the backside. This fully waterproof, technical fabric weighs significantly less than alternatives while also donating durability and strength to the shape.
Next, we began brokering a happy marriage between real world utility and timeless style. Confident that form and function could coexist, we looked for ways to engineer smart features into a quintessentially classic shape. Whether it's our signature umbrella slot or the smart positioning of the sleeves, every stitch and fold is intended to move you through the day with ease and distinction.
