We accept returns or exchanges of items within 30 days of shipment. To be eligible for a refund, the returned goods must be in their original packaging and returned in the exact condition in which they were received, inclusive of wrapping and filler paper. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will issue a full or partial refund to the payment method on file. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the refund request if the goods are damaged, worn, used, or not returned in the exact condition and packaging in which they were received. We also reserve the right to recoup any additional costs associated with processing your return. Where possible, we will make best efforts to inform you of any additional costs before they occur. Please note it may take up to 10 – 15 business days from when we process the return before the refund appears in your account. Please visit our Support Page to initiate a return.
Exchanges
We do not issue direct exchanges. Instead, if you’d like to do an exchange please purchase the new, desired item and then initiate a return for the item you’d like to return through our standard Returns Process.
