Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday. During peak season, order processing times may extend outward to 3-5 business days.

Shipping Locations & Transit Times
We ship from warehouses in the United States, Canada, and Hong Kong. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and vary by destination:

  • US & Canada: Standard 5–8 business days, Express 3–5 business days

  • International: Timing varies by country

Duties & Taxes
For international orders, local customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please pay close attention to the shipping option provided at checkout for further details about duties & taxes, if applicable.

Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Protection
Optional package protection is available at checkout. If declined, lost, damaged, or stolen packages are not covered.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment for unused, new items in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • US returns: Prepaid return label provided

  • International returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Restocking Fee: $20 per return or per item, whichever applies
