30 DAY EASY RETURNS

We gladly accept returns of unused, new items within 30 days of shipment and provide a prepaid label for convenience.

For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging shipping with a trusted carrier of their choice.

RESTOCKING FEE

To deliver more value to more customers, we do not blend the cost of returns into our prices and instead apply a US$20 surcharge to cover return shipping, inspection, and restocking.

Crafted from resilient DuraLite™ nylon and full-grain leather, all our bags are durable, fuss-free solutions built to be carried every day. To clean the bag, simply use a wet cloth to wipe down the surface and let the fabric dry naturally. For more persistent spots, we recommend warm water and soap.

Design Story

The Cary Briefcase was born in response to years spent traversing the cityscapes of New York and Hong Kong, carrying cumbersome bags in tow. While ballistic nylon, waxed canvas, and leather bags were the norm, they weighed us down and contributed complexity to our commutes. We sought something agile and effortless, and thus, our journey to build a better briefcase began.
